Section 1(2) in Prevention of Blackmarketing & Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Rajasthan Conditions of Detention) Order, 1980
(2)It shall apply to all persons ordered to be detained in Rajasthan by an order under Section 3 of the Prevention of blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980Provided that the Government may by order direct that the provisions of this order shall apply in relation to any detenue or any class of detenues with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
