1. As directed vide order dated 17th October, 2022, four mobile phones have been produced by investigating officer, Insp. P.C. Yadav alongwith SI Ram Kumar, on behalf of Moharar Malkhana, MHCM P.S. Crime Branch.
2. The four mobile phones are not sealed in any pullandas and have been produced, each one having the slip of the name of the accused from which it has been recovered.

4. The mobile phone having the slip of Usman is make-Videocon, color black and grey and has a dual SIM number having two IMEI numbers as 910001331042488 and 910001341042486.
5. The mobile phone having the slip of Dinesh is make-Spice M-4242, color black having the dual SIM. The two IMEI numbers thereon are 910040864374801 and 910040868863809.
6. The fourth mobile phone bearing the slip of Rahul Gupta is make-fly, color black, having the dual SIM bearing IMEI numbers as 3910040720010532 and 910040720163539.
7. Since the mobile phones have been presented in unsealed cover before this Court, the same are not sealed with the seal of this Court and are permitted to be taken back by SI Ram Kumar, P.S. Crime Branch.
