134. Arraignment of accused.
(1)After the court and interpreter (if any) are sworn or affirmed as above mentioned, the accused shall be arraigned on the charges against him.(2)The charges on which the accused is arraigned shall be read and, if necessary, translated to him, and explained and he shall be required to plead separately to each charge.
