State of Gujarat - Subsection

Section 13(1)(ii) in The Gujarat Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1953

(ii)allotted to the Gujarat Labour Welfare Board established under the Bombay Welfare Board (Reorganisation Order), 1960, shall be subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder ] :
