(ii)Every licensee shall provide all facilities and assistance to the [Licensing Officer or any other officer of the Government of India or the State Government authorised by him in this behalf] [Substituted by S.O. 2964, dated 27th June, 1983 for the words 'Licensing Officer' (w.e.f. 23rd July, 1983).] for inspecting the cold storage premises, machinery, equipment foodstuffs, stored therein, books, records and accounts at any time.
