- In the Central Excise Act, in section 2, in clause (b), for the words "Chief Commissioner of Central Excise", the words "Principal Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Principal Commissioner of Central Excise" shall be substituted.
