Section 2(1) in Tamil Nadu Municipal Services Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1970
(1)In these rules, unless there is anything repugnant in the context, the words or expressions shall have the same meaning assigned to them in Part I of the Tamil Nadu Municipal Service Rules, 1970.
