Section 35(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
(1)The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, by notification in the Government Gazette, make regulations consistent with this Act and rules, generally to carry out the purpose of this Act.
