165. Power to make regulations.
- [The Government] [Substituted for the words 'The Commissioner' by Act 3 of 2019, (w.e.f. 01.07.2017).] may, by notification, make regulations consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the provisions of this Act.
