Section 109 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
109. Amendment of section 555.- In section 555 of the principal Act,-(a) in sub- sections (6) and (9), for the words" or under the supervision of the Court", the words" the Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)for the word" Court", wherever it occurs, the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted.
