Section 268(1) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)When any animal, food, drink, drug, utensil or vessel is seized under sub-section (2) of Section 267, it may be destroyed by the officer making the seizure with the consent of the owner or the person in whose possession it was found.
