(1)Allopathic, Homoeopathic, Ayurvedic and Unani Preparations: - (a) a patient on the authority and up to the extent of a prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner and dispensed either by the registered medical practitioner himself or by a licensee;(b)a registered medical practitioner up to one litre of each such preparation at any one time;(c)a registered medical practitioner in managing or supervising charge of a hospital or dispensary, clinic run by private individual, organisation, Government, Municipal Corporation, other local body, or a charitable organisation up to the requirement of such hospital or dispensary or clinic for a year.
