Section 4(e) in The Bihar High Schools (Control and Regulation of Administration) Act, 1960
(e)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Rules and Regulations made thereunder the Board may issue such directions to the managing committee of any High school as it may consider necessary in the interest of good administration of such school.
