22. Penalties.
- Any person who contravenes, or fails to comply with, any of these rules, or the regulations made under sub-rule (4) and (5) of rule 9, or sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 15 shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of the sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Act.
