Section 62 in The Bodoland Autonomous Council Act, 1993
62. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any provisions of this Act, the Government may by order do anything, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
