Section 16 in Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950
16. General disqualification of all officers and servants
.No person who has directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of a Corporation, or in any other road transport undertaking shall become or remain an [officer or other employee] [Substituted by Act 63 of 1982, Section 16 and Sch., for " officer or servant" (w.e.f. 13.11.1982).]of the Corporation.
