Section 2(b) in Airports Authority of India (Ground Handling Services) Regulations, 2018
(b)"ground handling" means services necessary for an aircraft's arrival at, and departure from, an airport other than air traffic control and it includes-(i)ramp handling including activities as specified in Schedule-I;(ii)traffic handling including activities as specified in Schedule-II; and(iii)any other activity specified by the Central Government from time to time;
