Section 90(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)After the declarations the results, the Deputy Commissioner shall, as soon as possible but not later than one week of such declaration, call under his presidentship a meeting of elected members of the Zila Parishad for the purposes of oath or affirmation or allegiance under section 127.
