Section 6(1)(ii) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960

(ii)being a bhumidhar, sirdar or asami of any land to continue to enjoy any easement or any similar right for the more beneficial enjoyment of the land, as he was enjoying on the date immediately proceeding the date of vesting;
