Section 11(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Chairperson of the State Advisory Committee shall hold office as such for a term of three years from the date on which his appointment is notified in the Official Gazette.
