(1)The standards for qualification, training, training institutes, examination and grant of certificate of competency for the purposes of this Chapter shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government.(2)No person under the age of eighteen years shall be employed on a mechanically propelled inland vessel registered under this Act.
