Section 50(1) in Bihar Boiler Operation Engineer's Rules, 1960
(1)On receipt of the proceedings of the enquiry conducted under Rule 48 together with the findings thereon the Board may allow the certificate to stand or suspend it for such period as it thinks fit or may cancel the certificate permanently.
