Section 18(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2017
(1)The State will strive to constitute "Welfare Fund" to meet the obligation for the welfare and rehabilitation of senior citizens that may arise out of the Act/Rules.
