Section 302(1)(c) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981

(c)such owner or occupier does not agree among themselves in the preparation of a plan as required by such notice, the Commissioner shall cause the hutting ground to be inspected by two persons appointed in that behalf, one of whom shall be the health officer of the corporation or a person holding the diploma of Public Health or having such other qualification as maybe prescribed by the council in this behalf, and the other an engineer, and the Commissioner on receipt of their report shall cause a plan to be prepared to the scale and showing the particulars prescribed in the said section.
