Section 3B(3)(b) in The Punjab Nurses Registration Act, 1932

(b)any appeal under sub-section (3) of section 14 of the principal Act, which could be filed during the period referred to in clause (a) may be filed within a period of thirty days of the constitution of the Punjab Nurses Registration Council under section 3B:
