Section 1 in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of January, 1995.
