Learned counsel representing respondent No.1 states that instant matter is to be argued by Mr. S.P. Jain, learned Senior Counsel, who is not present today on account of some personal difficulty and as such, matter may be adjourned to some other date.
Aforesaid prayer has been opposed by learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that matter repeatedly came to be adjourned on the request of learned counsel for respondent No.1.
Accordingly, in view of the above, list this matter on 5.9.2022.
