Section 9(2) in The M.P. Gram Panchayat (Term of Office of Members of Standing Committee and Procedure for the Conduct of Business) Rules, 1994
(2)If there be no quorum present at a meeting, the presiding authority shall adjourn the meeting to such date and time as may be fixed by it and notice of the meeting so fixed shall be pasted in the office of the Gram Panchayat.
