Section 39(2) in National Housing Bank (Officers') Service Regulations, 1997
(2)The Bank shall contribute to the provident Fund in accordance with the rules governing the Provident Fund, from time to time, provided that the amount contributed by it shall not be more than 10% of pay of the officer.
