Section 3(1) in The Gujarat Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal Act, 1992
(1)The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Tribunal to be called the Gujarat Public Works Contract Disputes Arbitration Tribunal to exercise the jurisdiction powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act.
