Section 234(1) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(1)Naval personnel sent on deputation from India to the United Kingdom shall be entitled to advance up to a maximum of two months' salary for payment of the initial house rent payable by them in advance to the landlord concerned; such advance is payable by the High Commissioner for India in London.
