Section 27(c) in The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992
(c)with intent to render himself or any other person unfit for service, voluntarily causes hurt to himself or that person, shall, on conviction by a Force Court, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.
