Mr. B. Mohanty, Official Liquidator appears. The Court : This application has been filed by the assignee of IIBI and sums have been paid on pari passu basis to WBFC, IIBI and Regional Provident Fund Organisation. Despite such payment a sum of Rs.27 lakhs is lying with the Official Liquidator. Accordingly, let steps be taken by the Official Liquidator to disburse sums from the sums held by him before the next date of hearing.
