Section 6(1) in The Rajasthan Tendu Leaves (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1974
(1)The State Government shall, for each year commencing on the 1st day of July and ending on the 30th day of June next following constitute an Advisory Committee for one or more forest divisions in the State consisting on not more than five members as may be notified by the State Government from time to time for the purpose of advising the State Government in the matter of fixation, from time to time, of a fair and reasonable price of tendu leaves at which tendu leaves may be purchased by the State Government or its authorised officer or agent as are offered for sale in such division or divisions in accordance with the provisions of this Act:Provided that one of the members shall be from amongst the traders of tendu leaves or manufacturers of bidis and one member shall be from amongst the members of the Vidhan Sabha representing the area.
