(b)

(i)The return of crude mica shall be in Form G.

(ii)The return of unsorted blocks and uncut chillas shall be in Form H.

(iii)The return of sorted blocks shall be in Form T.

(iv)The return of cut chillas shall be in Form J.

(v)The return of splitting shall be in Form K.
