Section 22(1) in Bhagwant Global University Act, 2016
(1)The Board of Management shall consist, namely-(a)The Pro-Chancellor Special invitees;(b)The Vice-Chancellor Chairman;(c)The Pro Vice-Chancellor if any;(d)One member nominated by the Chancellor;(e)Five member, nominated by the promoting society;(f)Two professor of the University, by rotation as nominated by the Chancellor;(g)Two deans of the faculties by rotation as nominated by the Chancellor;(h)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government of the Higher Education Department;(i)The Registrar shall be non-member Secretary.
