2. Definitions
.-In these regulations, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-(a)"Act" means the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 (61 of 1981);(b)"section" means a section of the Act;(c)other expressions used and not defined in these regulations but used in the Act have the meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
