- Reports on officers drawing less than Rs. 142 should also be submitted by the Sub-divisional Education Officer and Headmaster/Principals to the District Education Officer in duplicate for transmission, to the Regional Deputy Director of Education. The confidential report on sub-inspectors should be submitted to the Regional Deputy Director of Education in the manner indicated in section 1(C) of Chapter II of this Code.(D. P.
