(1)An application by any person other than the Collector for the appointment of a guardian for minor or for a declaration that he or any other person is a guardian of a minor, shall be made as an original petition in Form No. G.W. 1. An order for the protection of the person and property of a minor pending the appointment of a guardian may be as in Form No. G.W. 6.
