1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working on the post of Medical Officer at Primary Health Center, Takhatpur and was placed under suspension with effect from 03.05.2017 and subsequently was released on bail on 23.11.2017 but till date the respondents are not allowing him to join his duties, against which he has also preferred representation before the respondent authorities but it 2 has not been considered and decided till date.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the State Government for redressal of his grievances who, in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
