(5)The orders referred to in the above sub-rules shall not be contravention of any of the provisions of the Acts referred to in Rule 9(1)(a)(iv) and [x x x] [The expression 'Rule 9(1)(b)(ii)' omitted by G.O.Ms. No. 36, Revenue, dated 15-1-1994. ].
