601. Directions on further reports.
- Where a further report is made by the Official Liquidator under the preceding Rule, the Judge shall fix a date when the said report shall be considered, and shall on the date so fixed give such directions to the Official Liquidator, as he may think fit in relation thereto. The Official Liquidator shall personally or by Advocate attend the consideration of the report and give the Court any further information or explanation with reference to the matters stated therein which the Court may require.Committee of Inspection
