This is an application at the instance of the applicant­convict through his wife for temporary bail on the ground that to make financial arrangement for the family, who are facing hardships.
Having heard the Party­in­person and the learned APP and having gone through the materials on record, we are persuaded to exercise our discretion in favour of the applicant­convict.

R/CR.A/641/2018 IA ORDER Taking into consideration the grounds urged in this application, the applicant-convict is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 08 days, on the applicant executing a bond of Rs.5,000=00 to the satisfaction of the concerned authority, on usual terms and conditions.
The applicant­convict shall surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the temporary bail period, without fail.
Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
The Registry shall inform about the order of temporary bail to the concerned jail authorities.
