(ii)The final selection of the implementing agency shall be made on evaluation and comparison of Net Present Value of the annual Transmission Service Charges quoted by the bidders. The annual Transmission Service Charges estimated by the Central Transmission Utility at the DPR stage shall from the basis for checking reasonability of the bids during evaluation.
