Section 9(1) in Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Properties, interests in Properties, Rights and Liabilities) transfer scheme, 2018
(1)If any doubt, dispute, difference or issue arises in regard to the transfers under this transfer scheme, then, subject to the transfers under this transfer scheme, then, subject to the provisions of the Act, the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final and binding on all parties.
