(10)An information of the registration shall be sent to the Programme Officer for the purpose of reporting to the Panchayat Samiti and Zilla Parishad for further planning, tracking and recording which must be done immediately, so that the Programme Officer shall have a consolidated record of likely demand to enable him to organize sources accordingly.
