6. Delegation of powers.
- The State Government may, by notification, direct that any function or power which the State Government may perform, exercise or discharge under this Act, shall subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be performed, exercised or discharged by the Development Commissioner, and where any such power is delegated he shall perform, exercise or discharge such powers in the same manner and to the same extent as if they were conferred on him directly by this Act and not by way of delegation.
