828. Leave of officers transferred or under orders of transfer. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- When an officer is transferred or is under orders of transfer to a new district or post, no leave shall be granted to him within three months from the date of the order of transfer without the sanction of the authority who made the transfer.
