9. Requirements under other statutes.
- It shall be necessary for an entity to comply with the provisions of statutory rules, regulations and Acts in force as applicable and requisite approvals shall be obtained from the relevant competent authorities for LPG Storage, Handling and Bottling Facilities and in case of non-compliance of such provision, the entity shall be liable to termination of operation.
