Section 2 in The Karnataka Electricity Supply Undertakings (Acquisition) Act, 1974
2. Declaration.-
In pursuance of Article 31C of the Constitution of India, it is hereby declared that the provisions of this Act are enacted for giving effect to the policy of the State towards securing the principles specified in clauses (b) and (c) of Article 39 of the Constitution.
